our first full booth!
At the International Quilt Market in Houston, 2016.
Fall market for us began with a good foundation, our drapes.
Off white written letters from the “Letter Stitch”, collection made by Nancy McClellen of Sew N Sew.
As soon as these were hung I felt especially proud and safe to be surrounded by letters written by my dad to his folks, as an 18 year old marine during WWII. Beautiful against the strong contrasting black carpet.
Our new fabric collection that presented is called,
“Queen of We’en”
from Quilting Treasures,
delivering to shops in March 2017. As you can see, these lovelies are not just for Halloween but for just plain FUN!
Pillows & quilted crown were made by Doris Rice. The Quilting Queen herself.
Quilt & Minis by Elizabeth Pueser Cecchittini from Dandelion Rose Design.
Of course, what queen can do without her tuffet? Sewn and constructed by Kryn McLaughlin.
And our show stoppers,
your three favorite HANDMAIDS®
Press On, Seam-Stress & Machine Maid
Beautifully made by Ann Regal.
made their stunning debut at market where they received considerable attention. Shown here, are large scale 60″ x 18″ applique patterns offered in three applications and sizes for studio pieces, pillows, totes, quilts, etc.,
